Happy Birthday, Katie!

Well, today is the big day! Katie turns the BIG 25!! Quarter of a century old! & She still looks pretty good for her age! ; )

We are going to have a lot of fun, because today also begins the first day of her Birthday Week!

Be sure to wish that ol’girl a very happy birthday! HAHA!

Crye-Leike (pronounced Cry-Like)

I’ve changed agencies! This is a REAL exciting time for us! I moved to Crye-Leike after much deliberation, prayer, & number crunching. Well, to tell you the truth, it was more prayer than anything. Once I started the umber crunching, it was a no brainer! The services that Crye-Leike offers my clients are superior services & yea, it is a little more expensive on my end, but it is well worth it!
I’m excited to be a part of the number 4 real estate company in the country! They are number 1 in the mid-south, number 1 in Arkansas, & number 4 in Northwest Arkansas (and they have only been here this year)!!

P.S. Another Realtor was asking about the source and criteria of the number 4 ranking.
The criteria is Transaction Sides. They also have a Sales Volume number, but that number is not believed to be as accurate because of the regional price differences. It is more accurate for companies that have saturated the entire USA. One realtor may sell one hundred 4,000 sq/ft homes in Arkansas for the same price as 25 homes that are 2,000 sqft in CA. That is why the most accurate judge of a quality brokerage is Transaction Sides.
